We periodically run free patient information seminars and Pre-operative Classes for patients. These focus on the causes and treatments for Joint Pain and Hip and Knee Arthritis and on surgical option such as Anterior Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement Surgery, Patient-specific Knee Replacement and Hip and Knee Arthroscopy.

At these seminars Mr Freedman, Melbourne Orthopaedic Surgeon, will discuss the various surgery techniques. He will explain our Enhanced Recovery Program and will be be available to answer questions and resolve any queries you have about current techniques in Orthopaedic Surgery. Mr Freedman will also address and discuss Advancess in Pain Management.

The orthopaedic seminars are often also attended by one of our specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapists and by Specialist Anaesthetists who look after Mr Freedman’s surgical patients.

The seminars are held at our main rooms: Suite 2, 99 Bay Street Brighton. A light morning tea is provided and free parking is available on site.

Attendance to our patient-focused orthopaedic information sessions are free of charge.  Places are strictly limited.
